We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped directly to your door.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 12–25 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 15–30 business days
- Canada & Australia: 15–30 business days
- Rest of World: 15–35 business days
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking to activate.
Returns
We stand behind every PULSE product. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right — replacement, store credit, or full refund.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing parts, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
